Put the annual inside TWO separate plastic bags, each well sealed with tape. Put the double-bagged annual into a container well-packed to prevent the book(s) from moving around in the box. If they move when you shake the box, you must repack them. Any movement acts like a hammer and WILL drive the book through the box. You may also put the double bagged book(s) or papers, into a well-sealed USPS Mylar mailing envelope. Whatever you spend to pack and send the book will be refunded to you IF you wish. Just remember that I do no solicitation and there is no profit made from the FMHS website. The best rate and safest method for sending books to me is "Media Rate" via the U S Postal Service. If you wish to insure the books, I suggest the number of pages, plus 4, times 25 cents. That's an approximation of the cost of reproduction of the volume. I insure each volume returned for a minimum of $100 each. I will return the book(s) or papers to you packed in the same manner. I have no idea what the "turnaround" time will be, but I'll do my best to keep it short. If the book is lost, I'm super sorry, but that's the risk we both take.
